I finally found out why I have had heart burn for the past 30 years of my life....wheat! I never would have known that was the issue had I not totally stopped eating all bread and pasta.
On a completely separate note...ever have someone send you an email that at that very second you thought was sort of funny so you then sent it to everyone you know, then AFTER hitting the send button it dawns on you that it wasn't so funny after all. In fact you sort of just made yourself look like a complete ass? Yeah...............I have.
